Ghanshyam has been working in the field for over a decade. He has successfully handled a diversity of tourism expeditions, from high altitude trekking, filming expeditions, and of course wildlife safaris. He is an excellent guide, with a plethora of knowledge and experience, specializing in the countries of Nepal, India, Bhutan & Tibet.

Sabina is a young travel and wildlife enthusiast. She has an ever-smiling friendly personality and infinite love for travel. Her compassionate nature and extraordinary eye for detail make her the mama tiger of the Trekkers Paradise and Tiger Encounter team.

Sagar applies in his role as General Manager for Trekkers Paradise as well as coordinator Asia programmers.

Mr. Chhopel Sherpa is a Trekkers Paradise senior guide with over 15 years of experience in Trekking & Climbing.

Shradha is a senior female with more than 10 years of experience working in Trekkers Paradise.

Mingma is a senior female with more than 15 years of experience in trekking, climbing, nursing and an instructor of  Himalayan Medics.

Mr. Dorchi is a Trekkers Paradise senior guide with over 15 years of experience in trekking & mountaineering.

Mr. Sange Sherpa is a Trekkers Paradise senior guide with over 15 years of experience.

Rashila Tamang is an ultra trail runner, mountain climber and a trekking guide. She has participated in many national and international trail running competitions and won many medals and titles till date. She has been also climbing and guiding the mountaineers and trekkers to get to their summit.

Mr. Aashis has dedicated 15 years to the trekking field, specializing in trekking, trail running, and safaris. He has been working as a lead trekking guide, race coordinator,  trail explorer, a trail running guide, and also as a nature guide with his perfections with us.

Sandesh has many years of experience and knowledge in tourism and hospitality.

Mr. Ram is a nature photographer and trekking guide with over 6 years of experience.

Mr. Bhim has a senior expedition cook and a camping trek and guides on his team.

Born in an ethnic Newar community of ancient Newar city, Bode, Sujata Nakarmi is an expert tour guide who has more knowledge on rich heritages of the valley. She is also a passionate trekking guide with a smiley face and humors to make every treks memoriable and joyful.

Mr. Ang Namgel, a Mount Everest summiteer and Trekkers Paradise senior peak climbing guide, has over 20 years of mountaineering experience.

Mr. Mingmar, a Mount Everest summiteer and Trekkers Paradise peak climbing guide, has over 12 years of mountaineering experience.
